I bought a digital photo frame from the hot-2-go section as a Christmas gift. No one was there to assist me. When I came to the counter it took them about 15 minutes to get the price. When I got home I plugged it in and it was not working. I took it back the next day and asked them to either fix or replace the product as I don't want a refund. They sent it to the supplier on 2014/01/06 to be checked out as the supplier was closed for the holiday period and confirmed on 2014/01/27 that it cannot be fixed and they would refund me. I told the consultant that I did not want a refund, but that the product needed to be replaced. From there I had no response. Does Dion Wired even test their products before selling it to customers? Do they even care about customer service?
