Service not up to standard

Dear Sir. On the 30 January 2014 i went to purchase a white shorts at Mr Price Sport in Zevenwagt Mall, Kuilsriver. I showed the on duty manager that there are a dirt mark on the pants. He told me that they do not have any of my size in stock without looking in the storeroom. I had to purchase a pants with a dirt mark for the original prize of R89, 99. I should have had been offered a discount. Secondly when i got home i found the surprize of my life in the the proof of purchase (store copy) was place in my plastic bag. This means the store do not have a copy of the purchase for audit purchases. I am very dissapointed in the kind of treatment received from this store.
