I bought my sunglasses on the 2 Nov 2013 and unfortunately scratched the Lens. I then phone Sunglass Hut and they send me the forms required to send with the proof of purchase and photos of the damage. I send this on the 17 Des asking for assistance. With nobody contacting me I emailed them again on the 8 Jan 2014 but still with no luck. I then send it the 3rd time the 24 Jan 2014 and guess what.no luck. I think this is pathetic service and it saddens me that I have bought sunglasses from such a useless company who is quick to sell their products but are unable to assist you with after sales
