I booked my Russell Hobbs mist fan in for repairs on 19 Dec 2013, as the plastic fan blade had developed cracks and clearly needed a new blade. Other than that, the fan was in pristine condition and less than a year old.
I received it back today, and it is COVERED with scratches and scrapes all over the base. Not impressed. I entrusted it to them to look after and they have not done so.
