I shop at mr price alberton and mr price the glen and everytime i go there i get excellent service however when i go to maponya mall i always without fail get bad service from one person. i understand a person having a bad day but really that woman seems to be having a bad year. everytime i go there i have to deal with her attitude. i bought a dress on account, got to the till paid signed the slip and she said the signature on the card and receipt are not the same, i signed the slip again she then asked for my id number with her face pulled like she is doing me a favour working there i gave her my id number (mind you she didnt even explain what she needs the info for) she checked gave me my slip n card back n didnt even thank me for shopping there or even explain why she needed the information. everytime i go there i must deal with her. can this be addressed and if she is having issues the best thing to do is leave them at the door and not take them out on customers. i do not appreciate the attitude from he
