I bought a new duvet, pillows, towels etc. The staff member that assisted me took a flat sheet instead of a duvet cover (which she admitted when I returned the flat sheet). The manager refused to take the flat she back as she said is looked used. I purchased it yesterday, got home, took it out of the packet, saw it was not correct and put it back in the bag. She says her regional manager must first come and look at the merchandise. This is unacceptable as I did not make a mistake but the staff and now I am being accused of returning a used item which is not the case. This matter is not being dealt with in a professional manner at all. I will never in my life purchase any item at Mr Price Home ever again if this matter is not solved within 24 hours and will tell everybody I know about the bad service received by a manager. The staff member admitted to her that it was her mistake now I am being inconvenienced by having to return again.
