Please help. I received a sms demanding an overdue amount on an account that I have never had. They also quoted the name "Mrs Roberts" which is not my name. I went into the store and informed them that they have the incorrect details as I have never had a account with them but to absolutely no avail. The sms's became more frequent and more threatening. I was now informed to contact HTN Attorneys on 0861 00 33 00 and quote the reference LW10734. The sms's were sent from the number 078 200 7054. Apart from this I have no information.
I would really appreciate it if you could assist me with this matter. Kind regards
