No action being done

Last time I put up a complaint here about a broken clip on my fridge door. I got response within 24hrs but the unfortunate part was the technician brought the same wrong clip that he brought last year hence my fridge is still not repaired. I phoned the service manager who responded to me from here and he said he will make a follow up and get back to me but up now nothing has been done. The job number they gabe me is JB09908
