I work in Canal Walk as asales consultant so my mother usually asks me to buy her things on my lunch time because tyhats the biggest mall with almost everything, so 2 weeks back I went to buy her shoes so I bought a black wedge because she was going to an interview, so when i got home she fitted took about 3 steps just to see if she can walk with the as they were a bit high heel so she couldn't and the only thing we could do is to return and exchange them for a shoe thats a bit lower, so I went in the explained what has happened they looked at the shoe and they told its damaged they cannot take it. I don't understand if its me who does not understand the warranty/guarantee or does Shoe City make common shoe that when you fit them they become damage. im really not happy with that service and I normally buy your shoes bags and now I have a shoe that no one will wear, so i guess Im going to wait a few more years for the shoe to fit me.
