Online PNP Shopping an absolute failure

My 1st time using this service and my LAST!!! Place my order sunday, get an email monday to say its been declined due to an 'unknown' error with the bank... Phone PNP online to inquire what the problem is, only to be said the 'card' i used is not supported... After speaking to Philisiwe and her supervisor they said they'll make a plan for tuesday. I rebook the order using a different card, then there is no delivery slot on tuesday and I get told no shop close by can help!!! I then had to book for wednesday between 19:00 - 20:00. Today once again I am the one phoning in to confirm, to get told by Philisiwe that she'll stay on top of this and phone me back, NO RETURN CALL!!! order gets deducted from my account, plus the R75 delivery fee, and again I PHONE IN to confirm and get told by Yuvesh that as per MR DELIVERY MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED!!! SO AGAIN I AM WAITING FOR MY ORDER!!! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? I work 08:00 - 20:00 daily!!! its convenient having my goods delivered!!! REALLY???
