I went to the store and on two separate occasions and ordered Aluminium Venetian blinds that they said they supplied them and they promised to get them for me. They even checked on their systems for stock from other branches and guaranteed me they would get them. On both occasions when i returned to the store they then told me sorry but they can no longer get the blinds. Surely it couldn't be that difficult to even pick up the phone and tell me about the situation as i have to ride from Fochville to Carletonville to get to the store and there are no blinds. The first time the blinds were on special, but i still liked the product that's why i went back the second time
