I complained about the service of sunglasses hut and their warranty. I received a call last week from a lady who tried to arrange collection of my glasses for replacement. she left her number for me to call her back. i have called every day since then only to get the answer machine saying that i have reached them out of working hours... the whole day? Please contact me to sort my glasses out..
