Damaging of property

I was slapped through the face at Checkers by their staff, I did not notice it at first, but when I bend forward to sign, my glasses slipped off and by nearer inspection I saw my bridge is bend. It did not fall off my face as nothing was wrong with the ears... No optomotrist want to bend my glasses as it is rimless and the glass might break. Checkers refuse to pay as they say my glasses did not fall off after the incident (as on camera) and therefore it did not break during the incident. Clearly no one at Checkers is wearing glasses as only insensitive people with no disabilities will be so insensitive
I will continue to write on a regular base until someone at Checkers take note as I feel people must know that Checkers does not give a dam about there customers
