My boyfriend drove all the way from Limpopo to come buy a van from auction operation. With our luck we managed to buy a Bantam utility that looked very much in good condition. Engine is clean and the inside of the car and the mileage is low. We then collected the change of ownership papers from auction operation. My boyfriend had the car tested at a ford garage and they told him that the information plate that's found somewhere on the engine is missing. My boyfriend was then told he needs a police clearance to prove that its not a vehicle, but its not that easy as they need things which we don't have in our possession. He then drove back to Johannesburg to sort this out. On the Tuesday they said the guy who must help is busy at the auction and he will call me. Wednesday came and gone. On Thursday he went back and waited an hour and still no help. Was then told that they will come collect the car from Limpopo at their expense and fix everything so he can register the car. Now they are saying he must bring the car to Joburg. EXPECTED MORE FROM AUCTION OPERAATION! DISAPPOINTED.. if they don't sort this out this week we want a full refund! will not keep a suspected car!
