We are regular clients who shop at Pick n Pay for our Catering business and always receive a smile, a chat and excellent service from Eddie. He has time for us no matter what. Our elderly father, 83, who has just moved in with us from Somerset West was at Pick n Pay 2 days ago purchasing 2 items. The machine was not accepting his Diners Card. Eddie just appeared and took R50 of his own money and handed it to the cashier after my father explained what had happened. He told my Dad that he could pay him back when he was next in the store. My father told us about this and mentioned that Eddie use to be at Somerset West Pick n Pay and remembered him fondly. Now that is going beyond the extra mile. Thanks Eddie we appreciate you.
