I went to iemas officer and inquire about the whether they finance car from auction I bided the car I must bring the letter that they give you, and then she'll precede.
On the 11th of December went to the auction operation and bided I then came to Glorian with the car specification. When I arrive and gave her the car specification she call someone in your offices and the person told her that you don't finance auction cars you only finance burchmore cars.
My problem is Glorian gave me a go ahead and promise me that she'll help me after I paid the R5000-00 and bided for the car she told me that they don't pay if Glorian told me the right information I would have not gone to the car auction because all I wanted is the car. She then spoke to Mr. Fanny Kruger and Heidi Weyers said I should write the letter of which I did I requested their intervention. They send someone to inspect the car whether it was in good condition and the inspection results we accepted
Later same day Glorian said thiey said she must pay but she asked me to finished some application after 15mins when went to the officer with intentions to sign she can't
Please help me I lost R5000 and they do nothing
