Broken promises & putrid service

Yesterday I called various Adidas branches looking for the Red Nitrocharge 1.0.. I called Milnerton/ Sable square branch and Nadia checked the system and told me that they had one in Canal Walk, she gave me the code (Q33666) and number to phone (021 551 7120), she explained that all i had to do was call and tell them the colour and size and they'd be able to help.

I called and spoke to one of the staff members, i think her name was Ruth. I give her the code as instructed and tell her I'm looking for 8.5 or 9 in RED. She says they have one available, I told her to keep it for me and said I'd be there in an hour or so. She takes my details and before I thanked her for keeping the boots I confirmed that the boot was R1400 as the previous store informed me, she said it was R1399. We verbally agreed I'd come through and buy them.

I leave work, speed through, get to the store and she hands me the box. It was a green nitrocharge 1.0. I open the box, one boot is a size 10 and other is 8. She argues and says i asked for a green one. I contemplated buying it and get told its R2000. What happened to the boots that were kept aside for me? When I questioned what happened she started laughing!
