Instead pay delivery fee, we wanted to collect our furniture ourself. We were given the adres of the Distribution Centre and were given a 48 hour deadline for collection even though we have paid and in cash, furiture can be pushed back into pool if no collection within timeframe and possibly given to the next person, which does not make sense at all. On 25th of January 2014 after being confused due to no signs showing that we are at the correct place, we gave the payment confirmation to the security guards and to my disbelief were asked to take a breathalyzer test! The driver, myself the passager and our under 18 passanger as well! I was shocked and asked if this is neccessary as we only collecting furniture. I am not so sure that this person is "qualified" to do such a test and with no notice or explanation. We did not even enter the warehouse so dont understand why. The warehouse was totally closed and had to bang on the door for someone to open. We were asked for drivers license, vehicle registration and trailer nr!! We asked why just to get a reply that it was his job! No help was given to load our things. No notice, explanation, bad attitude and violating your customers is your way. Nice
