I registered for EUP 1501 SECOND SEMESTER which is an online module, I was supposed to receive an email on myunisa/mylife mail with login details for my itlab so that I can do 4 of my assignments. From the time i have registered ive been asking for login details that was in july from teaching assistant who advised me to contact bugmaster who in turn told me i should wait to be grouped. I then phone the EUP group they also advised me to wait for the email first that was in august, I continued doing my other assignement which i was able to submit on myunisa. I continued sending emails and oposting my query on the groups discussion requesting for my login details that is beginning of september, a lady by the name of Gloria responded to my qthen received an email from the module leader advising advising me to book for a practical exam I then did that, when I went to Unisa joburg 30 september I was advised to cancel my exam booking since I wont be able to do the exam without login details. I was then referred to email Mpho from eup team he responded to my email and forwarded it to Niall who in turn responded that it will take about a week before I get access im still waiting till today
