Tired of bad customer service

Every time I walk into any Boardmans I always have this hope that the service will be good, and every time I'm disappointed with the bad service, every time! I received two boxes of wines glasses as gifts and want to purchase another one. There was 1 box of those same glasses at the centurion branch, but when I opened the box there was only two glasses in. They told me some story about people glasses, which sounded really lame and also couldn't find the other two in the shop. Why then keep the box on the shelf? I asked if I could then buy the 2 glasses but that was also a no. I asked then to please check on the system where there is still stock (they couldn't take the initiative to offer to do that) but the the system was offline, always an issue. And then they didn't know how to deal with the situation, I had to tell them to take my details and phone me when they have the info, but I have now waited a day and no one has come back to me. I also asked if it was possible when they find stock, to have it sent to the centurion branch but apparently it is too much trouble. I wonder if some brands really understand the concept of customer service.
