I happened to go to Total Sports in Eastgate mall, and was helped by a man called Jerry (I'm assuming he was the manager). He was very friendly and went the extra mile to check the stock in the back room to see if they had stock of a white track pants. Realising they don't have stock, he checked on the system which branches do have stock and he managed to get one from another branch by lunch time. I was really impressed by his service.
