Its really sad that retailers are so unsympathetic to a customers problems. I bought 4 boxes of Nurofen tablets (for period pain) to send to my daughter who is studying overseas. She has advised me that she has found an alternative product that helps her. I called Dischem to ask if they will take these back in exchange for some other item in the store. I was spun a long sad story about their exchange policy wrt medicines and how they are controlled by the Government. These tablets are S1 and can easily be sold. I have these in my possession for just under a week and they refuse to take it back. What am I suppose to do with these tablets but throw them out - and loosing my money. Really very sad and disappointing. I had a call back from a Mr Donald Black giving me this story as well. Does not help me in any way.
