On the 13/04/2013 I went to Hi-Fi Corporation Clearwater mall I bought three tablets from them. One of the tablets screen cracked and we went to them wanting them to fix it. One of the Sales persons then asked us how much we have to offer him to exchange the tablet. We then told him we don't have cash on us. Then he told us the screen wasn't under warranty. But the day I purchased the three tablets they didn't tell me the screen wasn't under warranty. I really do think that is poor service as they could have tried to help us.
