Misleading sales of defective tablets, poor service

We were told by Consultant that if we find a problem with samsung tablets during this mass sale campaign we have six months to return it. This was in July 2013. One of the tablets just shut down and now Autopage refuses to take it back. The lady at desk wants us to return to repair and said that we should pay courier cost and wants to charge us R300 for earphones which we did not receive with the tablets as they were on special. Our billing has been shocking and we have been charged for things that we did not sign up for or subscribe to. Westwood is the worst autopage I have ever come accross. I want my contracts cancelled or I want the option of choosing another package without a tablet. I would like the billing to be rectified and credits to be given. I have email correspondence and proof of calls to Autopage. I refuse to make payment of another cent to this service provider.
