SPORTSCENE GETTING WORST THEN CHINA TOWN

I'M SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE MANAGER AT SPORTSCENE PAROW CENTRE.
I BOUGHT A SHORTS AT SPORTSCENE N1 CITY 18 JAN 2014.
ONLY TO FIND THE BUTTON WAS LOOSE WHEN I GOT HOME.THINKING AS A GOOD BUYING CUSTOMER, IT WONT BE MUCH DRAMA SHOULD I EXPLAIN AND HAVE IT RETURNED.
21 JAN 2014, ARRIVING AT THE PAROW BRANCH, I STATED MY STORY AND THE CASHIER REPEATEDLY CALLED FOR THE MANAGER TO ASSIST (AS THE CASHIER WAS STILL NEW AND ON TRAINING).
AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE MANAGER FINALLY CAME ONLY TO GIVE ME ATTITUDE AS IF I BROKE THE SHORTS AND ITS MY PROBLEM THAT THE PRICE TAG WASN'T ON .
I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD TO GET A PRICE TAG FROM ANOTHER SHORTS FOR THE CASHIER TO SCAN AT N1CITY. CASHIER CONFIRMED IT WAS DONE SO.
MANAGER STILL LOOKED AT ME AS IF I'M A CRIMINAL TRYING MY LUCK. I MEAN REALLY NOW. TO TOP IT ALL THE MANAGER THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO EXCHANGE THE PANTS AT THE SHOP I BOUGHT IT.
THE WAY THIS WAS GOING I JUST WANTED TO GET OUT THE SHOP. I THEN JUST MADE A PAYMENT AND WENT OUT.
THE FOLLOWING DAY I WENT TO THE CAPE TOWN BRANCH (JUST TO CHECK) AND THEY ACCEPTED IT WITH A SMILE.
WOULD'VE UNDERSTOOD IF I BOUGHT IT AT CHINA TOWN, BUT SPORTSCENE, I MEAN!
