I went to Game Store at Gateway on Saturday to purchase the Defy Dishwasher that was advertised on sale till 29 May. The sales persons discussed that there were none in stock and none on order. This is ridiculous as the sale was still on for a few more days and all they can tell me is there are none on order and I must get a Manager's receipt and I will be contacted as soon as they arrive. On Tuesday, the new game advertisement was in our local paper and there is a different dishwasher on sale, and yet they have not even sold us the Defy one advertised the week before, and we have no idea when it will arrive. It would be good customer services to at least let the buyer know what is happening.
