I am really disappointed with the service at OK Furniture Eloff Street Johannesburg.
After receiving such wonderful service from Reggie South gate, estimator came to measure the carpet and gave me a quote when wanting to go make payment at ELOFF Branch i notice cheaper carpet that was priced R84.99 per square meter. I advised Ndado that i would like to purchase the carpet that was on " special "gave him the measurement waited almost 45 mins in the store to get him to get assistance from a manager cause he had no cooking clue what he was supposed to do. The manager Ndoda then comes and explains they can't help us "REALLY " after waiting all this time he refers us to Anele in Boksburg. They advised we can call on Monday. I sat yesterday being pushed back and forth trying to get assistance after telling them I need the installation done before Thursday
I then decided to Call Reggie @ South gate only to discover that the special that was @ Elof for 84.99 was an old pricing no other store had that special, Not only was my time wasted my petrol driving to the store and all my money spent on telephone calls to get this sorted.
I need this sorted TODAY you wasted enough of my time
