I visited the Woolworths N1 city in the Northern Subburbs on Wednesday the 23rd of January. After a walk through the shop and collecting all the items I wanted I stood in the que to pay. To my disgust they were 'offline' and I could not pay with my gift card. Very upset although understanding I asked them to keep the items for my visit the next day. I knew their hands were cut off, but thought their attitudes needed improving. What about notifying customers before the enter the shop and speding time there, for nothing!
So I went back the Thursday to collect the items and with my completed application to open up an account with them, once again a poor attitude greeted me at customer care. She had the odasity to request me to pay cash, I mean why would you pay cash if you received a gift card!!! This is ridiculous and I will not be opening an account with them and I would not return to Woolworths again!
