One of my wheels on my home office chair broke and I called @Home - service and warehouse department where Naude works and he has been great from the start! He asked for the photos of the wheel and chair so he could source the correct part.
Once he had the wheel he said I do not have to pay for it and that he would have it delivered and fitted for me at no cost! Wow I am so happy with the service and that @Home are willing to go the extra mile!
