I bought a all in one lexmark copier, printer, scanner, fax in Aug 2012. The printer packed up went to Makro to return it i get a blatant remark i must phone lexmark to sort this out. This printer isnt even 5 months old. Phoned Lexmark i must wait 10 working days for this to be sorted in the mean while i dont have a printer to use. Pathetic service
