We had a terrible experience by purchasing a leather lounge suite from Ellirines and when we finally received our money back was not keen to even purchase a lounge suite again. We went to Rochester beginning December and Nico the sales person was very helpful but did mention that the factory will be closing and delivery will take some time into the New Year. Great was our surprise when our lounge suite was delivered free of charge the following day and we had follow up calls from Nico to find out if we are satisfied. Thank you for a job well done and for making us believe in customer service again!
