Absolutely disgusting Service (New Client)

I am in the market for a apple mac book pro... and have found digicape via a google search, so i call the johannesburg number according to the website which gets redirected to the capetown branch i have no idea why. I explain the service agent what i need quotation for mac book pro ME294 on contract with my gig 1 package... the service agent immediately say oh im sorry i can not help you i will transfer you to the person that handles vodacom contract... arrrrrr ok thank you .i get transferred to guess where yes the Johannesburg branch (which i tried calling initially but some intelligent person decided that all calls must go to cape town 1st so they can off the clients 1st) never the less i get transfered... which just rings for a 100 hours... no one picks up and goes to voice mail... yes believe it voice mail... i put the phone down... i call again the Johannesburg number... BUT it goes to the cape town branch ahhh away you know the drill... ooops sorry cant help... dig dong transfer back to johannesburg... it rings and rings... finally someone picks up... i explain what i want... the agent says sorry i can not help... we do this for 3 hours... still no quote ..
