I fell in the centre on the 3rd Jan 2013. I picked myself up with the help of the security person and then hobbled to the manager's office to report the incident. I then hobbled to my car and drove myself to the doctor. The manager did call me the next day to find out how I felt. Within a month I had to submit a claim form and the doctors account etc. to the value of R500.00 (payment for the account and for the shoes that broke when I fell) There was no consideration for the use of my own car - driven to the doctors surgery. In Sept/Oct they sent me a reimbursement form for R500.00 that I had to sign and return to them. It is now Jan 26/01, I am still waiting.
