I lodged a complaint on hellopter about their milks that are always off 3 to 4 days before expiry date. The complaint was put on hellopeter on the 31st of December 2013 to which Tamsyn Pinn responded on the 1st and said she would send vouchers for inconvenience. Again 3 times now in January I've had a problem with the 3 litre milks, 2nd time ruined my trifle and she responded that they going to send extra coupons to make up the inconvenience! It's the 26th and nothing has come from them!! I mailed her on the 15th to let her know I received nothing and she didn't even respond!!! Also mailed her about the 3rd time where I had to throw a whole bowl of cereal away because the 3rd time their milk is still vrot!! They a bunch of liars and wasting our money!!
