I've purchase the Defy 363lt Metalic fridge in Pretoria branch on the 18th December 2013 and they've promised to deliver within a week, nothing has happened till date, I've called them several times in December and nothing happened, The sales person gave me the no for the warehouse in Polokwane only to find out that my details are not even on their system, One of the helpful ladies in Polokwane warehouse by the name of Francinca helped me a lot, She traced the info and found that it was transferred to the wrong branch, if I hadn't called I was going to wait until when, Until today 30 days later I haven't received my fridge, it was supposed to be the Christmas present for mom, I'm so disappointed with Mokels because every time I Call the tell me the different story, "Someone has to authorize, Someone has taken a day off, we'll sort it out in 20mon, I'll give you the feedback in 30min but no one has ever called"
