I called TGIF customer service (after holding for very very long) to enquire about payment that went off my bank account as i didn't have a slip reflecting the amount of R585.00. they checked as well and said that they don't have this amount on my statement for 18th December and that i should speak to their fraudelent department or speak to my bank once again. they gave me the telephone number 021 937 53 20 to contact that department. i contacted the number they gave me only to realise it's a fax number. i then called the customer service department back again (after holding for very long once again. explained to the other consultant what the complaint was all about then he gave me another number for their department (0219298558) which i then contacted it was also a fax line. How time wasting this is and it's still not sorted out.
