Just before Christmas I went into Truworths Sandton city to buy my perfume. I picked up what I wanted which is the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Limited Edition Dreaming in Portofino. The salesman then told me they have a special offer which was same price but you got body lotion and shower gel. I refused this as I don't use them as I am allergic to perfumed lotions etc. anyway through his persistence I ended up taking the special. I opened the box over the weekend and as soon as I did I realized he has given me the normal D&G Light Blue which I detest. I took the box back to the shop and was told no sorry they cannot change it as its not sealed. It was never sealed, only had the plastic sleeve on the box, the arrogant manager that could barely make her way to come and deal with me was too rude for words. I explained everything to her, all I got was dirty looks and told no I could have bought it anywhere (told her to check my account) it wasn't sealed (it wasn't supplied sealed only with the plastic cover for the box). so here I sit with R1150 perfume that I will never wear as it was not what I wanted.
