I'm a 30year old, widowed mother of three Babies. Last year late November my Husband bought me a couch @ Red apple valued at R19 000.00
It was delivered a week or two later. Approximately a week later my Husband died in a awful accident.
As we know in our culture, you don't leave the bedroom especially when in mourning of a spouse.

After some time, I noticed some faults on the couch. Called Red Apple Branch in Bramley spoke to 2 ladies one of them was Thandi. Explained everything and after more than 10 calls she asked me to send her an MMS which I had to pay for.
I told her that what I was seeing would not come out as clear on the picture, she insisted and I eventually sent it. Never got any feedback.
I drove to the Branch, when I explained how the couch looked she then went on to say that they do not use 100% leather, 50% of the couch is non-leather.
I didn't think that was ever meant to come out, and my question would then be: why would I want to pay so much for something that's not genuine.

Every time I look at the couch, My heart aches, it's the last item bought by my husband.
