I contacted the call centre yesterday morning asking for a gazebo parts manual because I need to order some spares urgently. I received nothing. Eventually after my 3rd phone call Donovan Mahery send me the Spec Sheet and after that Melissa's sheet came in as well, Later the afternoon when I still haven't received my price or a availability. I called again and Donovan told me that it will take up to 24 hours because they outsource that department and it is out of his control?? Both Donovan and Melissa did read my emails again this morning (got the read receipts) and still nothing??
So what is my next step??? I am a new camper and this is definitely the last camp master product I will ever buy and I will make sure everybody at our camp site this year will hear about my experience.
