On 2014/01/31 I purchased a Instant Shade 100 Gazebo from Makro Silver Lakes. We put it up as we have a family gathering 02 03/02/2014. Due to the negligence of Camp Master, no instructions were supplied with the goods so we did not know not to leave the gazebo outside. On 03/02 it started raining during the night. At 05:30 we went outside to gather everything. A little bit of rain had accumulated on the canvas and we let it off. At 6am the whole structure collapsed. I logged a query with them with ref no. CM13888 and they called me back with ref no.45937. They said they could not refund or help me as it states on the instructions that the structure should not be left overnight. The more I told them there were no instructions in the box, the more they were unwilling to help. Just kept on saying I have to pay for the damage myself. I feel that as a non-camper, seeing as they did not put in an instructions manual explaining the do's and don'ts, they should at least replace... not that I want their stuff anymore... or refund it seeing as they did not adhere to the minimum amount of things that should have been in the box (including the instructions).
