My mother made an application for an online account with House and Home. We got a call to confirm the application and get some details from my mom. After that we sent everything they asked for and never heard back from them! Even if the application was declined, it just seems like common courtesy to at least let the client know. The email address provided for enquiries is FULL and all emails sent are rejected and the ones that go thru are obviously ignored, cos I've never heard back!! Horrible service!!
