Forever New still has no funds to refund me

I bought a bag on the 13 January 2013. The handbag handle began to tear loose so I took it back to Forever New for a refund on the 2 February 2013. They told me that they had no money to refund me, I had to come back the following day. I did go back on the 03 February 2013 and still they had no money to refund me. I then went back yesterday (04/02/2013) and i spoke to Binky, when I asked Binky when I will receive my refund she asked me what she should do about it because they had no cash sale for the day and that some of their customers wait for up to a month for a refund. Binky had a very bad attitude towards me. She just shrugged her shoulders and did not even try to make a plan. I just want to know when i will receive my refund?
