Inconvenience - Cant wait to close Account

Last night I went to pay my account so after waiting 30 minutes they inform me that there server was offline. I went again today during lunch (limited time) to find one teller available. I waited 20 for the line to move by one person. I had to leave to get back to work. Which means I must make a 3rd trip to Edgard which is mostly likely to end in disaster. This is such an inconvenience to make such an afford from my side and to get nothing from there side. I highly recommend that you never open an account with Edgard's. The service is just to bad.
