On the 13th of July 2013 my wife returned an item to your Centurion branch. The item was purchased in Februrary 2013, was never used and had the tags on. There was a quality issue with the garment. The belt, which is plaited, was becoming undone. The manager offered to re-plait it. What's happens when it opens again? Must we keep going back to her. You dont expect that from a shop that is supposeidly quality conscious. Anyway, that aside, the manager said that she could not make decision and that it would be sent to Cape Town. We would receive feedback 2 weeks. It's now been more than 2 weeks and on calling the store, they had no idea what was happening with the query.
