I went into the Foschini La Lucia branch to do an exchange of a faulty item, ASSISTANT MANAGER Sugeshni had refused to assist me. she stated that it is not possible to bring up a credit which she had done on my account however while i was at the store the cashier had printed out the first purchase i did on my account. my main concern is that it takes 1 MONTH to get feedback from the store regarding a query, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. the service which i received from her at the store is terrible, as an assistant manager she should have proper work ethics
