I opened an account at truworths recently and unfortunately am in possession of the New ID. Document which comes with a weak plastic covering the page with your picture and all, it wears off before you can say "home affairs has failed me", anyway so I had to use my ID. When making any account purchases from truworths as I had not yet received my card, I went to purchase some items on the 3rd of September 2013 and she gave me the most KK attitude, she literally peeled the plastic off my ID. While asking me irrelevant questions as if she was dealing with a person attempting to commit... I was this close to closing the account!!!..unfortunately I don't know her name, if I Did I wouldn't be ashamed to mention it!!!
