I am truly disappointed in the level of service which I have received at the branch, I applied for an account Thursday 29th of August at high finance which was approved the same day. I had given them a quote that I had received from your Bayside branch. I was first told they would contact me within the next day which they did not. Only today after I phoned to check if the order had been placed did I find out it had STILL NOT been done. Then they phoned me and falsely accuse me of trying to get the same items on account through my friends which are building the same desktop computer as me via your Bayside branch. They assumed that I was using them to get what I wanted quicker. I am a patient person and did not mind waiting but accusing me of this is not fair as I am a loyal customer to Incredible Connection and have been paying my accounts religiously. I would just like to state that I am only getting one of these items per my account and NOT via my friends accounts.
