Incredible Connection
Not keeping to their word

I received excellent service from Carlin at the Bayside branch BUT the rest of the employees there are not for customer service. I am disappointed with the fact I was told my items could be ordered first then I could come in, sign and take my stuff with me, 5 days later I get told I have to now make a plan to get there so i can sign the papers first then they will order the items I required. I have been showed up 3 times now by them. and each time its a different thing from different people. 1st time was when i was told i need to come in to sign then was told as I got there, that they are waiting for prices from the suppliers. 2nd time i was told the systems are offline. 3rd time no one knew where my papers and quote were. I am shocked to see service like this. If i was spending R200 then fine, but im talking about R20000 finance deal for a pc, which i will no longer be getting from bayside, I doubt ill be using incredible connection as well. Since i am extremely disappointed in this service. the 3rd time i went the lady there started to clean the counter and told me that oh she will have to look through these papers then carried on cleaning.
