I have placed a pre order through the incredible connection web site and the Web Site states that I will receive vouchers as part of the pre order deal but does not state how these vouchers can be spent. I phoned Clearwater Incredible connection and at first they also did not know but after insisting on an explanation the person came back stating that I could use the vouchers as I see fit. I today phoned the call centre to confirm this and the call centre operator was also not sure how the vouchers could be spend and confirmed that the web site also does not state how it is to be redeemed but then said I should rather phone the person in charge of web site orders. Really?? What's the use of a call centre not knowing . understanding the details around pre orders and incentives? If the web site does not clearly state how the vouchers can be redeemed I will assume that I can use the voucher (s) as part payment of any or one product as I see fit as that is the information that was available to me when the pre order was placed.
