MAN MY DOCUMENTS, STAFF IGNORED THE MATTER

Hi

I went in to print some important documents and the man sitting next to me proceeded to my documents from the printer just before I arrived to pick them up. I apprehended the man, searched through his documents where he had split mine up to conceal, and got back my docs.

I was furious and reported this to the staff, who blatantly refused to acknowledge the situation has occurred, and said that the man would never do such a thing. He made it incredibly obvious, as he had gone to the other side of the store to try and see what documents he had obtained (my bank statements, I found him looking through them).

I WILL NEVER USE JETLINE AGAIN, NOR WILL MY COMPANY, NOR WILL ANYONE I KNOW IF I CAN PREVENT IT.

The response was beyond disgraceful from the staff. Dont use Jetline Illovo (Rosebank, JHB). There's a postnet right next door, and though they may be smaller, I'm pretty sure their staff and inhabitants are honest citizens.
